**Company Overview**: Join the fastest-growing Foreign Exchange company based in Canary Wharf, at the forefront of innovation and service excellence. Our client has been looking to revolutionise international payments and are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to lead a Corporate Sales desk.

**Role Overview**: As the Corporate Sales Head of Desk, you will lead a team of 5 in generating leads, closing deals, and providing bespoke solutions to our corporate clients. This role requires a hands-on approach, where you'll roll up your sleeves and actively engage with key decision-makers in the FX realm. Managing the sales team's performance, setting targets, and fostering a culture of excellence will be central to your responsibilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and conduct outbound calls to understand client requirements.
- Provide tailored solutions and arrange meetings with prospective clients.
- Manage the sales team, ensuring CRM management, call scheduling, and target achievement.
- Drive overall sales team performance and meet set targets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in FX Corporate Sales, with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
- Exceptional telephone manner and persuasive communication skills.
- Target-driven mindset with a tenacious approach to sales.
- Ability to deliver top-tier customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team performance and development.
- Integrity, compliance, and a positive attitude towards company values.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to contribute to business growth.
