**About the role**:
We are looking for a Sales & Logistics Administrator to join our Sales Support Team, working from our Newbury office. This is the perfect opportunity for someone currently working as an Administrator within Sales or logistics or someone keen to develop in this field. Training and support will be offered. Experience of MSP is advantageous but not essential.
**Responsibilities**:
- Processing orders efficiently
- Arranging daily collections and deliveries with courier partners including international shipments
- Tracking of kit delivered straight to site, ensuring kit is available to External Engineers
- Raising customer invoices
- Responding to queries from Finance team regarding supplier statements
- Logging customer queries on our CRM platform, ensuring all details are captured correctly
- Ensuring stock room is organised and all inventory is recorded and controlled via Sortly
- Continual review of processes and procedures with regards to customer ordering and invoicing
- Updating the sales margin spreadsheet
- Preparation of sales contracts and agreements
- Monitoring outstanding deliveries and chasing for proof of deliveries/updates
- Adding licences to the portal in support of helpdesk
- Raising helpdesk tickets on behalf of customers
- Liaising with other teams to support project queries
- General administration
- Providing reports for Account Managers
- Providing cover for Account Managers
**Experience**:
- Administration experience, ideally within Sales/Logistics/Account Management function would be advantageous
- Experience of sales processing would be advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, including English and Maths (or equivalent qualifications)
