Job Role: Sales & Marketing Support Administrator
**Salary**: £25-27k per annum
Location: Newbury, Berkshire
Full time, Ongoing Temp (possible conversion to Perm)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Mon - Fri
Office Based (some flexibility possible)
As the Sales and Marketing Support Administrator within this Medical Devices company based in Newbury you will provide support to a new Business Unit in the UK & Ireland.
**Responsibilities**:
- You will help facilitate and organise events, internal meetings and contract management.
- Coordinate education events (40% of time)
- Process grant requests and track progress
- Communicate with Healthcare professionals being aware of Medtech compliance and arrange invitations and travelling arrangements
- Administration of sponsorships
- Event logistics i.e. hotels, service providers, materials prep
- Invoice management
- Budget management
- Safeguard internal and external compliance together with sales team
- Management of Marketing materials and collateral for the business unit (20% of time )
- Ordering of marketing materials ensuring appropriate translations
- Contract management (20% of time)
- Liaison with legal department to ensure legislative requirements are met
- Coordinate internal meetings
**Required Skills**:
- Advanced computer skills including usage of MS Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively with limited supervision
- Experience with an ERP software (e.g. JDE or SFDC) preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Availability to work under pressure
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Excellent customer service skills with ability to negotiate and resolve difficult situations
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to influence and achieve objectives
- Ability to prioritize competing objectives effectively and efficiently
- Good organisational skills
- Provide feedback in a professional, direct, and tactful manner
Education/Experience
- 2 years of previous related experience
- Knowledge or experience of working in a medical or pharmaceutical company desirable but not necessary
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent (ideally in marketing or events)
