We are excited to offer you an opportunity to join our team as a Warehouse and Logistics Administrator at our Newbury HQ.

As a member of our friendly and energetic team we are looking for an engaging personality to help with the Admin of the Warehouse & Logistics runs as smooth as possible.

We are looking for a person who can grow in their role and career with us through continued training and development.

**What does the role include?**

1. Acknowledge orders received from our internal sales team. Enter details onto the system to ensure accurate picking of goods.

2. Arrange cost effective and timely delivery runs for our external logistics companies. These will be all over the UK.

3. Arranging cost effective and timely delivery for our internal/external installation teams. These will be all over the UK.

4. Accurate booking in/out of goods to ensure correct and prompt delivery to the end user, as well as correct invoicing.

5. The ability to use your own initiative to prioritise work effectively and meet our customer’s needs.

6. Accurate data entry - recording serial numbers/make and model of machines/warranty registrations etc.

7. Confident and competent phone skills. Keeping all customers and suppliers updated regularly with their order status.

8. Chasing suppliers/delivery companies to ensure they adhere to our service levels.

9. Meeting all customers specific delivery requirements, for example. dates, times and liaising with our delivery companies to ensure they are met.

10. Identifying and escalating any issues that mean our SLA’s will not be met.

11. Coordinating tasks for the Workshop & Warehouse Staff to complete, prioritising them according to dispatch dates and individual customer requirements.

12. Booking in consignments using our Palletways online system for longer distance deliveries.

13. Aid and cover to all areas of the warehouse function, when and where required.

14. Assisting with company stock take

**What Skills and Experience is required?**
- At WASHCO we believe in developing and training our team members. Our business has been built on customer service and staff development.
- You would ideally have experience in this role before.
- A proactive person who offers the ability to make decisions and support to team members.
- A capability to learn new skills is required and once trained the ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Flexibility when business needs and customer expectations change.
- Ideally have some background knowledge/experience with excel and general computer knowledge.
