A fantastic new opportunity working as a full time Procurement Administrator based in Salford. The 6-month temporary position has an hourly pay rate between £10.00 - £12.00. This role is based on full time hours hybrid working.

**Description**

**The key responsibilities of a Procurement Administrator will include, but may not be limited to;**
- Review procurement requirements
- Review non-compliant requisitions and liaise with clients
- To action and resolve queries for internal and external customers
- Provide advice and guidance to external stakeholders
- To review documentation, including contracts and quotes
- Arrange new supplier and liaise between clients and suppliers to ensure back details and documents are compliant
- Provide customer service and assistant and direct to any queries in the P2P process

**Profile**
- Background in Public Sector and Not for Profit
- A proven ability in IT systems with MS Office skills
- Procurement background desirable
- Ability to support high volumes of request
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- High levels of organisational skills and effective time-management
- To have a proactive approach to delivery
- To have flexibility you're your work and to meet deadlines
- Able to work independently on tasks
