Reporting directly to the Transactional Procurement Service Manager, you will be operating within a key function of the business, handling these requests through the Oracle system and using your customer service skills to support customers throughout theentire process.

This role will be predominantly based from home with 1 or 2 trips to the Salford office each month.

**What you'll be doing**:

- To be the point of contact within the team to provide high standards of customer service to ensure efficient processing of requisitions
- Support custommers on how to effectively submit requisitions, creating faster purchase order processes and support locating orders not received
- Review procurement requirements, and complete relevant compliance checks
- Connect with customers to review and correct non-compliant requisitions
- Review documentation including contracts, quotes and catalogue items for processing requisitions
- Resolve any queries for internal and external customers

**What you’ll bring**:

- Computer literacy, particularly with MS Office
- The ability to deliver outcomes quickly and accurately to customers in a fast paced environment
- A high level of organisational skills, effective time-management and a proactive approach to delivering the best customer service you can
- Confident communication skills to work closely with partners at all levels

- Experience within a previous procurement role
