**VisionFR** is delighted to be recruiting an **Accounts Payable Supervisor**on behalf of a Group Media Advertising Agency who are going through a time of rapid growth and are now seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead a team of two. This a key role in the Finance team ultimately responsible for the correct managementof the AP function.
Responsibilities of the **Accounts Payable Supervisor**:
- Ownership of the Accounts Payable and Payment cycles
- Management of the company’s credit card facilities
- Ensure postings to P/L & B/S are correct
- Confirm Intercompany recharges
- Oversight of bank account balances and preparation of cash flows
- Manage relationships with suppliers and employees in relation to expenses
- Review the AP ledgers including supplier account reconciliations
- Assisting in the calculation of the Freelancer accrual and reconciliation to hours worked
- Aiding the Audit process
- Review and approval of supplier contract agreements
- Plus any other ad-hoc tasks and projects, including cover for AP accountants
- Experience in media and advertising sectors
- Good working knowledge of Maconomy
- Must have managed a team
- Customer-centric outlook
- Excellent competency in Excel
