Accounts Payable Supervisor

Global Accounting Network are currently partnered with a well-established international media company to recruit for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join them on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for somebody wishing to expand their transactionalfinance experience and grow into a supervisory role.
Duties in this Accounts Payable Supervisor role will include assisting with the day-to-day management of the Accounts Payable function, managing the day to day set up of contributors and retainers accounts, ensuring that all contributors invoices are loadedtop the ERP System, meeting on a regular basis with the Editorial Team to resolve any Contributors/Retainers Queries, being part of the project team to bring in place a new software, assisting with the management of a dedicated Suppliers Ledger, managementof the Employee Expenses utilising Concur, and assisting with training and management of all Accounts Payable staff; ensuring accuracy of training materials, documentation and conducting training sessions.
