We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee and manage the accounts payable function within a truly exciting, dynamic start-up business as they expand across new territories.

Description

  • Manage the full AP function end-to-end.
  • Oversee the reconciliation of supplier accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on accounts payable performance and cash flow forecasts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency within the accounts payable function.

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Supervisor should have:

  • Previous experience in accounts payable or a related accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes and systems.
  • Prior experience in a stand-alone role is highly desirable.
  • Multi-currency reporting experience.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Relevant accounting qualifications or working towards such certifications.
