As **Accounts Payable Supervisor**, you will be working within the **Finance Department** and report directly to the **Assistant Finance controller** and **Finance Controller**_._

You will be an active member of the Finance Team; ensuring that all related tasks and duties are completed in a timely manner and that all audit procedures are respected according to the Lancaster London Hotel policies and procedures. To manage and supervise the Commissions Clerk position within the Accounts team ensuring that all related tasks are completed in a timely manner and that all audit procedures are respected according to the Royal Lancaster London Hotel policies and procedures. To administer all general purchases of the Royal Lancaster London operations in line with the Hotel policies.

Essential for our **Accounts Payable Supervisor**:

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and bank holidays if required
- 40 hours per week / 5 shifts per week
- At least 2 years of experience within a similar environment and role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically in Excel
- Knowledge of Micros, Purchase plus
- Familiar with accounts payable.

Royal Lancaster London is based at Lancaster Terrace, London W2 2TY and the closest tube station is Lancaster Gate on the central line underground.
