**Job description**:
Eagle Automation is a £7.0M turnover company and a market leader in the supply and service of high security gates, barriers and access control systems. Due to year on year growth Eagle are seeking a service administrator with some experience in a customer service role. You must possess an ability to problem solve, work on your own initiative whilst demonstrating excellent communication skills both written and verbal. This is both a challenging and exciting opportunity to work at a company that invests in R&D and its staff. Experience is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.
**Responsibilities**:
- Office based.
- Administering the maintenance contracts, including dealing with the renewals and quoting for new maintenance contracts.
- Making outgoing calls and booking jobs.
- Printing off service sheets.
- Scheduling service visits.
- Answering customer queries and dealing with complaints.
- Updating portals.
- Processing jobs to quotations.
- Raising call outs.
- Assisting with incoming calls and transferring to appropriate person in the office.
- Covering holiday/sickness.
- Display a proactive, can-do attitude within the organization, with a culture of right first time and ownership of problems.
**Applicant Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- IT Literate.
- Full clean driving license.
