Funbikes, a leading retailer of adult and child outdoor vehicles and toys, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our customer support team as Customer Service Advisors on a rolling monthly contract. Our story began in 2001 with a focus on manufacturing, importing, and retailing a variety of indoor and outdoor vehicles and toys for all ages. We have grown significantly, now serving customers across the UK and Europe from our expanded showroom in Old Dalby, Leicestershire. **Job Duties Include**:

- Handling customer queries, questions, and complaints to provide a professional and streamlined end-to-end service
- Placing orders and documenting in a timely and accurate manner
- Addressing aftersales issues and communicating with all relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Managing your day effectively and using initiative to prioritize your workload
- Working with the customer service team to help reach company KPIs

**Requirements**:

- Friendly and helpful telephone manner with excellent listening skills
- Computer literate with good written and verbal communication
- Highly organized with the ability to use your own initiative
- Good administration skills with strong attention to detail
- Confidence in handling issues and problematic customers

**Working Hours**:Shifts are from 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, and 10am to 2pm on Saturdays.

You will deliver professional customer service, update customer records, and perform other administrative duties as necessary.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 40 per week
