We're looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator with the skills to keep Nunnington Hall in tiptop condition and running smoothly for all the people who visit and love the place. You'll be based at Nunnington but covering 1 day a month compliance for Rievaulx Terrace, Bransdale, Old Coastguard Station and Ravenscar.

**Hours**:Full time 37.5 hour per week, working 5 days per week including weekends

**Salary**:21,021pa

**Contract**:2 year fixed term contract

What you'll be doing:As the Facilities Co-ordinator, you’ll be making sure that Nunnington Hall operates as it should, by running an efficient, effective and flexible facilities service. You’ll help the property team to meet their goals by keeping standards high. You’ll be helping with maintenance and repairs (reactive, as well as planned and preventative), cleaning and caretaking, the presentation of public areas and visitor facilities (including car parks and grounds), preparing meeting rooms and co-ordinating deliveries and collections.
