Facilities Supervisor – Join Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services As a Facilities Supervisor, you will be central to ensuring that all colleagues receive exceptional service within an Aviva workplace. Your eye for detail will uphold standards and support the Corporate Services Manager. You will deliver exemplary standards and act as an ambassador for all office services. Main Duties Manage the client area, welcoming visitors and providing refreshments for clients in meeting rooms. Manage meeting rooms: ensure bookings are made and rooms are set up for different meeting types. Serve as main point of contact for any events in the building from initial enquiry through to delivery. Liaise with IT to raise any IT related issues or concerns in any of the meeting rooms. Liaise with Aviva colleagues on site and assist the CSC with being the onsite point of contact for Corporate Services. Stock replenishment of free issue refreshments, including collection of deliveries and issuance in the breakout space. Collect post and issue to Aviva colleagues. Order and stock stationery, including printer paper and toners. Report workplace issues to the Colleague Services Co‑ordinator via the helpdesk. Liaise with the building management team to ensure landlord related issues are raised and managed to completion in a timely manner. Complete daily walk rounds to keep the site tidy, organised and a safe working environment. Complete cleaning audits and raise any cleaning concerns to the onsite/mobile team. Log jobs on the system and chase/update colleagues on progress. What We Are Looking For Excellent admin and organisation skills. Previous experience working in a corporate environment. Ability to communicate at all levels. Excellent customer service skills. Previous experience in a building coordination, concierge or reception role desirable. Effective time‑management and multitasking – a self‑starter. Understanding of workplace Health and Safety desirable.
