**The Role**
We’ve seeking a full time permanent Dialler Income Officer to join our office-based Income Team, working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am - 6pm on a rota basis.
As part of our people-focussed organisation, you’ll be mindful of customers personal circumstances at all times, whilst aiming to maximise our income, which allows us to grow and improve our services and provide more customers with an affordable place to call home. The team pride themselves on putting customer satisfaction at the forefront of what they do, if you do too then we want to hear from you
- Previous experience of working in a customer services role, experience of debt/rent collection would be beneficial
- Experience of using a range of IT packages including MS Office and in-house systems
- Ability to handle customer calls in a calm, confident and efficient manner
- Excellent communication skills.
