**About Us**
Rockliffe Hall is an AA-rated 5 red star resort in the north of England and is set within 375 acres outside the village of Hurworth, near Darlington in County Durham. We aim to provide an outstanding personalised service to each guest who stays, spas, golfs and dines and with us, acknowledging special occasions and making them memorable for all guests. We are currently seeking a Events Sales Executive to join Team Rockliffe
**The Role**
The main responsibilities of the Events Sales Executive role will be (but not limited to):
- Are you passionate for events? Are you experienced in co-ordinating events leading up to the day? Do you have an eye for detail? Are you organised & have structure within your work?
- If you answer yes to the above then we have the ideal role for you
- On a daily basis liaise with clients to understands their needs & match their requirements of their event. Events cover weddings, conference, golf & private dining. Enquiries are to be taken in according to the Rockliffe values
- Using your eye for detail having matched the clients needs you would be responsible for producing a proposal for the client’s event & sending this to them in timely manner.
- Regular communication is required in order to assist with conversion & co-ordination once the event is confirmed.
- Your attention to detail is required when preparing the finer details of the client’s event. Communication from client to our operations team is key to deliver a successful 5 red star event, therefore co-ordinating multiple events is required at any one time.
- Following a successful event obtaining the client feedback is important & will assist you in securing the next piece of business
