**About Us**

Rockliffe Hall is an AA-rated 5 red star resort in the north of England and is set within 375 acres outside the village of Hurworth, near Darlington in County Durham. We aim to provide an outstanding personalised service to each guest who stays, spas, golfs and dines and with us, acknowledging special occasions and making them memorable for all guests. We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join Team Rockliffe

**The Role**

The main responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator role will be (but not limited to):

- Uses video and image editors such as iMovie, After Effects, Photoshop and Canva to produce branded videos, images and other media content
- Contribute to the development of the Rockliffe Hall brand profile across all 3rd party websites including user generated content sites, such as trip advisor
- Logs activity assessing and analyses success rates to produces weekly and monthly reports in line with company objectives and requirements
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a marketing, communications or digital media role, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting, or high-end lifestyle brand.
- Hold a marketing related degree or equivalent qualification (marketing, communications or digital media qualification to Level 4 or higher).
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of management of social media channels.
- Experience of filming videos and shooting still image content for social media channels.
- Understanding of CRM systems.
