**Business Operations Team Leader**

We are now hiring for a Business Operations Team leader to join on a full time, permanent basis. The role is office based in **Glasgow.**

**What you will be doing**:

- Monitor and control the quality of output, as per specified requirements and deadlines, along with monitoring work rate and quality of staff to ensure maximum efficiency is maintained.
- Induct and train new members of staff within the Business Operations Team.
- Maintain and reply to internal and external communications from clients/customers and other business areas, ensuring correspondence is issued correctly.
- Assess and highlight any trends or business risks identified through quality monitoring and put measures in place to reduce or mitigate the trend/risk.
- Work closely with operational teams and departments to build and develop working relationships.
- Be accountable for own actions and take ownership for own personal development whilst continuing to enhance skills and knowledge in order to achieve the best results.
- Act in a professional manner and adhere to all company procedures and policies at all times; be aware of and adhere to the company Data Protection Policy & awareness of and adhere to AML and TCF requirements.
