We are currently recruiting for an Operations Team Leader to join our team based at our Glasgow office.
**Your Role**

You will be a talented leader and coach of people in an operational environment, driving improvements and leading others through change. You will effectively contribute to the achievement of the operational plan for operations in support of the SME business plan.
**About You**
You will have experience managing a team and creating a culture of performance and pace within your team, focused on improving the customer experience and delivering financial results.

You will recruit, lead, develop, and motivate the team to drive performance now and in the future. and coach team members to develop behaviours and build skills to ensure the delivery of targets, using your technical coach effectively to ensure sufficient product knowledge and underwriting licenses exist across the team.
