We have an opportunity in Bargeddie for an Operations Team Leader to join our team, working 40 hours per week, 4 days on 4 days off shift pattern.
The salary for this role will be £37,815 per year, inclusive of shift allowance and participation in an annual bonus scheme, in addition to our great range of benefits.

We are looking for a safety-focused Operations Team Leader to operate our fixed plant SCADA system, coordinate shift activities, and support the smooth running of our recycling facility. You will lead by example on safety, support production targets, and deputise for the Operations Production Supervisor when required.
Key Responsibilities
Operate SCADA safely and efficiently to meet production plans and KPIs.
Coordinate shift resources and prioritise tasks.
Lead/attend meetings in the absence of the OPS.
Champion safety practices and ensure compliance with all procedures (including LOTOTO and TMS).
Complete daily checks, defect reports and production records.
Support recycling activities (picking, baling, housekeeping).
Operate and maintain accurate weighbridge processes.
Carry out multi-skilled duties such as first aid, fire marshalling and pest control (training provided).
Skills & Experience
Essential:
SCADA operation in a continuous production environment.
Team leader experience.
Strong communication and attention to detail.
Skilled fixed plant operator.
IOSH qualification and a UK Driving Licence.
Desirable:
Recycling industry experience.
IT skills and mobile plant operation (shovel, grab, FLT).
