Holt Executive is partnered with a global defence communications provider offering unmatched connectivity to a number of notable organisations on the land, sea and air. Due to a recent cash flow injection into their network infrastructure, they are looking for a **Senior Commercial Specialist** to join their growing team in **London.**

You will hold the responsibility of ensuring that all documented offers and bids are produced to the required standard and that all document management processes are followed. In addition, the role will support the commercial team in various analysis and administrative tasks as required.

Key responsibilities for the** **Senior Commercial Specialist**:

- Architect & develop responses to RFQ, RFP and unsolicited proposals and coordinate documentation production with other team members.
- Author, compile, edit, and proofread content from various Subject Matter Experts and transform it into clear and impactful proposals that support the corporate brand and business objectives.
- Act as the document controller for the commercial team ensuring the offer library is maintained and up to date.
- Work with the Commercial Managers to develop compelling business cases for executive review.
- Coordinate with local and international internal colleagues to obtain required information and solutions in response to clients’ needs.
- Liaise with market development managers to identify and document probable competition and evaluate relative strengths for sales opportunities, maintaining a competition database that can be used in evaluating the competitiveness of offers.

Key requirements for this **Senior Commercial Specialist** **role:

- Tertiary qualification in a relevant business discipline, finance, accounting or Marketing preferred
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills (particularly in Excel).
- Experience in a business writing/bid production position is desirable
- Familiarity with working in global teams with a willingness to be flexible with work patterns.
- Knowledge of telecommunications, satcoms, defence or other complex technology providers preferred.
- Familiarity with Shipley methodologies.
