**Role Overview**
We are looking for a creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone at the start of their design career who is eager to learn, develop their skills, and gain hands-on experience across a wide range of projects. You will help produce visual content for digital and print platforms, supporting campaigns that showcase Flannery’s brand and services.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and produce high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms.
- Create graphics for social media, websites, presentations, advertising, and internal communications.
- Support the creation of branded templates and layouts for consistent use across the business.
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and help bring them to life visually.
- Work with the marketing team to deliver content on time and to brand standards.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and to a professional standard.
**Skills & Experience**
- A portfolio (student, freelance, or personal projects welcome) showing creative ability and an eye for design.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects desirable).
- Understanding of layout, typography, and colour principles.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
**Desirable**
- Experience creating content for social media.
- Interest in motion graphics or video editing.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, etc.) for design adaptation.
