Senior Project Manager – Commercial Shopfitting

Location: UK-wide (office and site-based)

Salary: £70,000 per annum + benefits

Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our growing team, overseeing high-quality commercial shopfitting and interior fit-out projects for leading retail and hospitality brands across the UK.

About the Role

As Senior Project Manager, you'll take ownership of multiple fast-paced projects from pre-start to handover, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

You'll lead site teams, coordinate suppliers and subcontractors, and act as the main point of contact for clients—maintaining exceptional relationships and driving successful project outcomes every time.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing end-to-end delivery of shopfitting and commercial interior projects (£500k–£5m+).
  • Overseeing all aspects of programme management, procurement, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Leading on-site operations, ensuring strict compliance with Health & Safety and quality standards.
  • Working closely with design, estimating, and production teams to achieve seamless project execution.
  • Building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure repeat business.
  • Mentoring and supporting junior project managers and site teams.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years' experience in project management within the shopfitting or commercial interiors sector.
  • Proven track record delivering fast-track retail, leisure, or hospitality fit-out projects.
  • Strong commercial and financial management skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Project (or equivalent scheduling software).
  • SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid certifications are desirable.
