Provide a technical service to customers, including the maintenance and repair of Ricoh Graphic Communication and Print products. To ensure customers receive a satisfactory service in line with agreed service level agreements. Provide a technical service for both installation and de-installation of Ricoh Graphic Communication products, ensuring that project milestones for installations and de-installations are achieved efficiently meeting contractual obligations. Ensuring customers are kept up to date on the progress made. Responsible for the timely escalation of technical problems as specified within Service processes, to ensure the downtime of equipment is kept in a minimum. To maximise revenue by identifying additional business and professional service opportunities, whilst carrying out day-to-day duties. Ensuring these opportunities are reported through the correct channels. Responsible to supporting the management of business relationships with customers and end users in order to maximise customer satisfaction. Management and control of vehicle stock, to improve first time fix levels to customers, and to minimise stock losses.
