Our client based in West Yorkshire with an exceptional reputation is looking to expand their team due to growth within the business. As logistics Admin you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of manufactured products from Asia to the UK. Tobe successful in the role you must have strong organisational skills, geographical awareness and experience within logistics ideally import and export.
Logistics Admin / Manufacturing / Import / Export /
- Running logistics with primary responsibility for warehousing and transport
- Dealing with a large volume of daily orders
- Manage route planning and scheduling from freight to lorries.
- Ensure the right level of staffing so that transport and warehousing resources are being used efficiently to cope with delivery volume
- Responsibility of the level of customer service represented throughout the logistics function of the business
- Budget responsibility
