** Due to the nature of the role we will require you to have held a driving licence for more than a year**

Our Yard department is a key department on every site, and our fantastic **Yard Admin** colleagues support the business by providing a hands-on operational service managing cars as they arrive on site and all the admin that comes with it.

**What will my Day to Day look like?**
- You will be uploading vehicles to our trade disposal website as well as checking all vehicle specification and service history.
- Printing invoices, sending release codes for customer collections, and also serving customers when handing over vehicles.
- A large part of this role is maintaining the vehicle admin system so having good admin experience is essential
- There will be outdoor working as part of the role.
- Willingness to support the yard and carry out any other duties to support the team

**What do we need from you?**
- You will need to have a proven track record of working in a similar environment involving quality control, logistics and/or stock control.
- Have a keen eye for detail and enjoy following a process through to completion.
- Strong admin skills.
- Full valid UK driving licence.
