**Overview**

Crusader Fire, a fast-growing and reputable fire safety company, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to become a vital part of our dedicated team. In this role, you will play an essential role in managing and optimising the schedules of our engineers, contributing to the seamless operation and exceptional service that Crusader Fire is known for. **Responsibilities**
- Leverage strong sales skills to identify opportunities, promote our services, and close sales during client interactions.
- Coordinate and manage engineers’ schedules to ensure optimal productivity and resource utilisation.
- Serve as a key point of contact, liaising between clients and engineers to confirm appointments and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
- Accurately maintain and update records of all scheduled activities and appointments.
- Monitor, adjust, and optimise schedules to accommodate changes, client requests, or cancellations.
- Handle incoming phone calls, convert inquiries into sales, and book appointments efficiently.
- Assist in the development and refinement of scheduling policies and procedures to enhance overall efficiency.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry and the generation of reports as required.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales is essential.
- Proven experience in scheduling, administrative support, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and relevant tools.
- Sales experience and the ability to identify opportunities, confidently promote services, and close deals.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Pay: £30,000.00 per year
