Full Time - 37 hours per week
Up to £24,000 p/a + holiday pay
Search Consultancy are currently working with an Edinburgh based client to recruit a talented and experienced Coordinator who will be responsible for the organisation and management of the company's sub-contractor network, ensuring that the best possible serviceis delivered to the company's end customers.
Duties involved in this role will include:

- Allocating work to the sub-contractor network, ensuring that work is completed in line with SLA's and to set requirements, whilst providing the best possible service
- Taking ownership of issues and ensuring that work is followed through to completion, chasing when necessary
- Monitoring the progress of allocated works via the company's IT systems
- Supporting with the delivery of KPI's across your designated area
- Attend monthly review meetings with both sub-contractors and management
- Ensure that accurate notes are kept on all cases on the company's internal systems
- Other ad hoc administrative duties may be required
In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:

- Extensive prior experience in a coordination administration role is required
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills, both written and verbal
- Experience of dealing with stakeholders at all levels of business effectively
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Strong IT skills including the use of Microsoft Office (notably Excel)
- Sub-contractor management experience is desirable but not required
