**Electrical Supervisor** to join our team in
**Edinburgh**.

**Location: Site based in Edinburgh and the surrounding areas, Competitive salaries, Access to a company van, 32 Days Holiday**

**The Role**
- Responsible for the delivery of projects from start to finish.
- Supervise and coordinate a team of site Operatives and sub-contractors.
- Ensuring that the site operations and works are carried out safely, efficiently and cost effectively.
- Ensure company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality procedures are always implemented and adhered to
- Attend client meetings which include, but not exclusive to clients, Consultants, Main Contractors etc.
- Carry out site inductions and Toolbox talks and regularly monitor the quality and safe practices of our operatives and sub-contractors.
- Assist in planning the workload appropriately and productively for the operative resources
- Maintain a close working relationship with your clients

**What we are looking for**
- Valid SSSTS Qualification
- Time served Electrician with supervisory experience
- Previous experience of working in commercial and industrial construction environments
- Capable of working with minimum supervision and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office package
