You will need mínimal office and administration experience because you will be shown how. It is more important that you have basic admin and IT skills, with a good phone manner and cheery disposition.

**Responsibilities we’ll trust you with are**:

- Resolving customer queries so customer service and communication skill comes into play
- Working closely with production teams ensuring orders are correct and given in a timely manner so that they can supply the customer - our business is very fast
- Providing product information, managing customer accounts, products, and lead times and giving additional support to customers.

**Your work/life balance**:
40 hour week - fixed at Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm

**Areas of Knowledge or expertise**:

- Need a high level of accuracy and good attention to detail
- You may have already worked within a customer ordering environment (not essential)
- You are customer service focused with a pro-active approach to work
- Good verbal and written communication skill
- Worked in team environments
- Experience using Microsoft Office Packages.
