**ABOUT THE ROLE -**

In this role you will not only be the first point of contact for ERIKS customers when enquiring about our products and services, but also an escalation point for customer and the internal team.

At ERIKS, every day is different, from the nature of the products on offer, to the industry our customers are from.

You'll be adaptable, be a problem solver and want to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Completion of the open customer order reports via excel
- Working closely with both colleagues and customers to ensure the best possible lead times are both offered and fulfilled
- Initiating, developing, and maintaining customer relationships
- Establishing customer requirements
- Preparing, submitting, and following up customer quotations
- Order processing
- Onsite order support with the customer when required
- Providing basic levels of technical support on the products/services available from ERIKS (Full training provided)
- Introducing customers to new products/services.
- Providing market leading levels of customer service

**Experience/ skills required**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong excel skills, previous experience with V Look up desirable but not essential
- Positive 'can-do' attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Administrative Skills - Confident and able to work with Microsoft packages
- Knowledge of a similar industry is preferable but **not** essential
- Previous experience as a team leader desirable
