**Job Title**: Business Administrator
**Location**: Rugeley
**Salary**: £25,000 per annum
Recardo Group are exclusively representing an established business in Rugeley who have recently created a brand-new role.
As Business Administrator, you will provide assistance to all areas of the business to ensure that all general administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. You will act as a knowledgeable first point of contact for general customer enquiries, designating to the appropriate channels as appropriate. You will provide assistance to the finance team completing basic finance tasks as and when required. You will also be responsible for the scheduling of internal meetings and events along with providing holiday cover to the scheduling function.
**Key duties include**:
- Efficiently schedule all internal meetings to ensure no resource clash
- Liaise effectively with other Company departments including the project management team, consultancy team, and relevant board members in order to allocate resource effectively to ensure an excellent customer journey in line with Company Service Level Agreements and Quality Standards
- Effectively problem solve to overcome resource issues ensuring that customer requirements are met within designated deadlines
- Liaise with external third party suppliers to organise Company events in line with designated specifications and complete effective planning of projects
- Liaise with outsource HR provider to ensure right to work checks are completed for all employees
- Undertake procurement activities including sourcing of equipment, couriers, licenses and uniforms
- Assist finance team by covering basic finance functions such as credit control
- Work within finance team to create sales invoices in a timely manner
- Compile accurate credit control report and effectively chase payment as required in line with business need, accurately allocating cash received as appropriate
- Effectively respond to customer queries sign posting to relevant employee or department as required
- Act as a first point of contact for all general business enquiries by answering the telephone and sign posting calls to relevant department
- Book all hotels and travel requirements in line with business need in order to ensure best value for money
- Act as a first point of contact for all office visitors ensuring they are signed in and their Company contact is aware of their arrival
- Complete weekly expenses checking and post to finance software in line with business requirements

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
