Team Based Administrator - CYP Autism Service

The Children and Young Peoples Autism Team is a fast paced office environment but you will be working within a supportive team.
This key role within the team will be to provide a comprehensive administration service to a multi-disciplinary Children's and Young Peoples Autism Team
Your main duties will include answering phone calls, booking appointments, typing and distributing confidential clinic letters and reports, dealing with post, working closely with clinical staff and liaising with external Agencies.
As a person, you will need to be self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise your daily workload whilst also managing your working time effectively. You will be able to work independently as well as being a good team player, with excellent communication and accuracy skills.
To provide general administrative services to support the smooth running of clinical services.
To provide administrative Support to clinical pathways.
To provide administrative support to HR/Workforce processes
Providing administrative support to procurement and finance processes.
Providing administrative support to quality, performance and contract processes.
Other general requirements of the role
Implement policies for own work area and propose changes
To assist in developing projects, and inspire others to be positive in their contribution to continuous improvement.
To participate in meetings to ensure effective communication is maintained.
To contribute to the induction of new staff to the service.
To participate in regular supervision and identify own training/educational needs as part of the supervision and appraisal process in conjunction with registered practitioners.
Ability to travel to and work from other bases if required
