Due to internal promotions, we have a great opportunity to join our team at Traditional Brick and Stone as a Sales Administrator.

Experience working with Microsoft Applications, and other platforms such as CRM systems would be beneficial, however full training will be provided. We are looking for someone who is proactive and can work on their own initiative. Someone who is a good problem solver and can prioritize their own workload.

A good fit for our team would be someone who is an excellent communicator, a positive attitude and a great work ethic.

The role will include
- Processing and allocating sales orders
- Booking and advising deliveries
- Answering telephone calls
- Dealing with customer queries
- Helping to assist and solve any problems that may arise when our haulier is delivering to a customer
- General office duties

Previous administration experience is advantageous.

Interviews will take place imminently.

Start date will be approximately mid-end June.

Holidays: 20 Days + Bank holidays (An additional 1 day holiday is awarded for every year within the business until the maximum of 25 days)

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8.30am-4.30pm, Friday 8.30am-3.30pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,725.00 per year
