Summary

The Deployment Analyst sits at Feature Team level and is responsible for supporting in the planning, coordination and facilitation of delivery of software packages/ products developed within a program in to the production environment, role modelling robustrisk management and effective & collaborative stakeholder working relationships and ensuring that the desired customer and business outcomes are achieved. The Deployment Analyst will work with the Deployment Manager across Design, Development, Environments,Testing and Governance to ensure successful release outcomes.

Details of skills
- Supports in achieving successful delivery of the deployment in to live production, ensuring that the desired customer experiences and outcomes are achieved, building in quality as an integral part of all activities.
- Responsible for identifying full Technical Scope for a release, this will be achieved through analysing the HLSD+ and Jira User Stories produced by Business/ Design Team
- Responsible for producing/ editing and supporting in the creation of detailed implementation plans (SOE's)
- Responsible for undertaking and supporting with readiness activity, ensuring all required logistics for the implementation event are fully planned and cascaded across all relevant stakeholders (Stakeholder contact details, stakeholder availability, pre-implementationchecks)
- Ensuring robust risk management, through active management of risk, issues, assumptions and dependencies (RAIDs)
- Build manage and maintain a collaborative & transparent working relationship with stakeholders across Feature team(s), ensuring that communications and engagement are timely and relevant, attending Feature team planning sessions as necessary.
