**What you’ll be doing**:

- Proactively leading the effort to understand the business requirements and identify how best to translate those into systems solutions
- Planning production software deployment activities and provide input into the change management process
- Ensure individual and team compliance with all policies and procedures
- Identifying, evaluating, and sizing solutions to meet customer needs and business outcomes by collaborating with the internal and external stakeholders/suppliers

**Main Skills/ Requirements**:

- 2+ years’ experience working as an IT Analyst
- Previous knowledge working in the banking sector specifically with Credit Cards, Payments, and Fraud prevention
- Great demonstrated knowledge of Office 365 products, including excel
- Ability to communicate with colleagues across all levels and to work with them to get the right result
