IT Administrator/ Analyst – 3 month contract

About Your Role:

Our client are looking for an IT Analyst/ IT Administrator to support their Software Asset Management team. Your role will include license tracking, data quality, and supporting license renewals.

Your role will include;

License Tracking:

Maintain accurate records of software licenses, including purchases, entitlements, deployments, and renewals to ensure compliance across the software portfolio.

Renewal Preparation:

Assist with preparing renewal documentation, compiling software usage and entitlement data, and tracking key renewal dates.

Data Entry & Reporting:

Input and update software license and usage data in SAM tools generate regular reports for compliance, optimization, and audit support.

Vendor Communication:

Work with procurement and software vendors to obtain quotes, confirm licensing details, and support administrative aspects of renewals and agreements.

Process Support:

Help manage internal queries related to licensing and software assets and support the SAM team in day-to-day operations.

About You:

Your skills and experience may include;

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data.
  • Experience with Excel.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • SAP experience would be a bonus
