Clear-flow Ltd currently have a vacancy for a Compliance Co-ordinator to join our successful business within the waste industry in Liverton Newton Abbot.

This role is fast paced and demanding. You must be a strong team player with excellent communication skills. You must be able to plan, prioritise and organise your own workload ensuring deadlines are met. You need to be a team player as you will work closely with the compliance team but must also have the confidence to work on your own. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is a must.

**Duties required**:

- Act as the point of contact for the H+S manager and SHEQ coordinator to support business compliance requirements
- Assist with promoting the companies safety culture
- provide support to all departments with the recording of data
- Carry out regular site visits to ensure compliance
- Arrange paperwork for site visits and certification
- Monitor compliance of training and equipment through reports and department interaction
- Assist with ISO audits
- Monitor action plans and ensure corrective actions are adhered too
- Undertake office management activities
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of compliance paperwork

**Desired, but not essential**:

- Excellent IT Skills
- Experience of working with company systems and updating data
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001
- Experience in working in a health and safety environment
- Environmental awareness
- Experience of internal auditing
