Spire Parkway Hospital are currently recruiting for a Theatre Administrator to join our supportive and friendly Theatre Team.

This position is a full-time, permanent position working variable shifts including: 8am '“ 4pm, or 8:30am '“ 4:30pm, or 9am '“ 5pm. This role includes one Saturday per month, with time given in lieu in the week.

Spire Parkway Hospital in Solihull, West Midlands offers a comprehensive range of private hospital services. Our hospital is rated Good by the CQC for all parts of the inspection except for Patient Care, which is rated Outstanding. The report states, 'œStaff treated patients with compassion and kindness, respected their privacy and dignity, took account of their individual needs, and helped them understand their conditions. They provided emotional support to patients, families and carers.'**Duties and responsibilities**:

- To be responsible for the administration of all data quality systems and processes, ensuring all files and records are kept up to date.
- To undertake Human Resource activities as required, including support with payroll, annual leave, etc.
- To be aware of personal responsibilities in relation to the maintenance of a safe environment and identification of potential risks for all personnel, patients and visitors, taking action as and when required. To participate in maintaining a clean environment.

**Who we're looking for**:

- Experience of working in an administrative role would be desirable.
- Computer literate, with a comprehensive understanding of word and excel.
- Good customer service skills.
- You will have the ability to work in a team or on your own initiative
- If you are proactive, are a good team player and have a great eye for detail then this is the role for you.
