A property technology group of companies is seeking a Property Consultant to join their thriving, growing and hardworking team commission structure + benefits + company culture Free Snacks, Beer Tap, open planned break out areas and a sociable environment.

**Job Details**:

- Corporate Estate Agent
- £28,000 - £30,000 + Commission (OTE £45,000 - £50,000)
- Progression opportunity within 6 months to increase salary to £28,000
- Bonuses & Amazing company benefits
- City of London
- Monday - Friday (9:00am - 6:00pm) 1 x Saturday & 1 x Sunday 10am - 4pm per month (You will receive - holiday in lieu and the following Friday off when you work Sunday)
- Working from home allowed on the weekends (Full time office Monday - Friday)
**Job Spec**:

- Follow up warm leads with potential customers via telephone
- Managing warm leads - no cold calling involved
- Understand customer circumstances/requirements over the phone and identify the need for a quick sale
- Encourage customers to sign up with the company to sell their property
- Build up initial relationships with the customer
- Update company software in order to keep organised
- Strong communicating, building relationships and making sales
- Achieve key business KPI's
- Working individually and as part of a wider team

**Requirements**:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Any experience within sales, call centre, property or customer service would be ideal
- Confident on the phones, resilient and be able to handle customer objections
- Highly organised, focused and target driven
- Confident, resilient, articulate, and outgoing individual
- Must be ambitious, willing to learn and eager to progress within the company
- Able to build strong relationships with clients and offer exceptional customer service
- Friendly, personable, and excellent team player.
