Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the property market and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. As a Real Estate Agent, you will guide clients through the buying, selling, and renting processes, ensuring a seamless experience while building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
  • Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase listings effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow-up.
  • Prepare property listings, marketing materials, and advertisements to attract potential buyers or tenants.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and industry regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Collaborate with other professionals such as mortgage brokers, solicitors, and surveyors to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using organisational tools.

Experience

  • Previous administrative experience is highly desirable to manage paperwork efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing your capacity to serve a diverse clientele.

Pay: £24,420.00-£91,952.63 per year
