Working for this established and growing organisation, the Customer Service Account Handler will be key to the continued success of the business. The Customer Service Account Handler will work as part of a motivated and fast-paced team to provide a professionalcustomer focused service, ensuring that the most effective systems and processes are followed at all times and customers’ needs are not just consistently met but also exceeded. The Customer Service Account Handler will be rewarded with 25 days’ holidays plusBank Holidays, a contributory pension scheme, death in service, healthcare and annual pay reviews.

As the newest Customer Service Account Handler you will be required to work the following shifts: - 8am - 4pm / 9am - 5pm / 10am - 6pm. You will be based in Head Office & 2 days homeworking optional following the completion of the training period at HeadOffice.

Key Responsibilities:

- To deliver the best possible customer service when dealing with internal and external customers.
- Issuing documents within fixed service level agreement timeframes.
- Liaise with colleagues and clients to re-order amendments and chasing additional required information verbally and followed up through the task management system.
- Continually look for ways to improve processes and increase the satisfaction to clients.
- Carry out all processes and key deliverables linked to the building control function.
- Liaise closely with each region for monthly activity, enabling the field teams to plan their visits and meet the needs of the client.

Essential Skills:

- Excellent knowledge, understanding and experience of customer services, gained within a professional office-based environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated and well organised, displaying a positive mind-set.
- Highly skilled in creating audit trails and ensuring all regulations are met and followed
- PC skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook, confident to learn bespoke systems quickly
- High level of interpersonal skills, with an ability to deal with people at all levels
- Demonstrable ability to use own initiative and flexible in personal approach
