**Job overview**:
We are looking for a Senior Clinical Team administrator to join the Secure Services Central Administration Team Cedar House, St Clements Hospital Site, Ipswich. The team forms part of Secure Services, offering inpatient and community based care for our service user group.
**Main duties of the job**:
The ideal post holder will be very organised, with experience in administrative settings, and ideally have knowledge of healthcare/ the NHS.
The post holder will have line management responsibilities for the current Community Team Clinical Administrator, and the post holder will work under the supervision of the Administration Manager.

- Booking appointments/Diary management
- Minute taking
- Typing assessment reports
- Management and delegation of administrative tasks for the team
- Data collation and analysis
- Line management supervision.
