An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our fantastic administration team based in Suffolk Rehabilitation and Recovery Service (SRRS), Ipswich as a clinical Team Administrator. This is ideal for someone who is interested in building on their current admin skills and experiencing a fast paced and interesting new challenge.

We are committed to helping individuals on the recovery pathway - this could be assisting individuals with enduring mental health conditions or helping a newly diagnosed individual regain the living skills and provide a foundation to develop preventing future admissions.

At SRRS we have a 10 bedded unit offering 24 hour support. our support includes continues assessment of individuals capabilities with regards to planned daily living activities and assessments based on the recovery model which endeavours to assist a move on to independent or further supported accommodation.

We will provide a full induction on recruitment, on-going training and regular peer support. We have a genuine commitment to training and development with an extensive teaching matrix and protected time for managerial and clinical supervision supported by psychology input. - Lorenzo: Referrals/Admissions/Discharges/Transfers
- Lorenzo Champion
- Procurement (Oracle)
- Liaising with Mental Health Office
- Producing DATIX Graphs
- Transcribing of Consultant Psychiatrist’s Notes
- Updating Carers Packs
- Typing Team Meetings, Panel meetings and other relevant meetings
- Supporting the Matron embedding data into Governance Reports
- Taking a lead on storing Driving Licence Details
- Scanning/Sending Staff Information to Recruitment (Mainly New Starters)
- Organising Reviews
- Organising Staff P-Files
- Mental Health Paperwork
- Outlook-Managing Tasks
- Sending staffing numbers to safety huddle
