An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Dementia Intensive Support Team (DIST) East as a Clinical Team Administrator, based at Walker Close in Ipswich. This is ideal for someone who is interested in building on their current admin skills and working as part of a dynamic team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague who can work on their own initiative and as part of an admin and clinical team. We are looking for creativity, innovative ideas, and passion for providing excellent clinical support.

We are a short-term intervention team committed to helping individuals who are living with dementia and their support network. DISTE are a specialist dementia service and work with service users and their families in the event of a dementia related crisis involving.

DISTE are also working with the Community Teams and Willow Ward, Woodlands in regard to supporting complex discharge of people with dementia from the ward.

We will provide a full induction, on-going training and regular peer support. We have a genuine commitment to training and development. We protect time for managerial and clinical supervision. This is a varied role where no two days are alike but are extremely rewarding.

Lorenzo Champion

Procurement (Oracle)

Updating Carers Packs

Typing Team Meetings minutes and other relevant meetings

Supporting the Clinical Team leader with referral data and other tasks

Taking a lead on storing staff details

Outlook-Managing Tasks
