**To Support the Aftersales Manager**

**Summary**

**Duties/responsibilities**:

- Management of the Workshop & team,
- Carry out regular reviews to identify operational issues / discrepancies and ensure appropriate follow up actions are taken to rectify
- Manage the performance of the department
- Manage and plan workshop & resources to ensure that work can be completed as per schedule
- Support the sales team to ensure cars (pre sale) are ready for handover
- Hold daily production meetings to Plan workload and resources,
- Anticipate production problems based on forward plan / resources and provide support to handle workload
- Monitor staff performance versus standard role requirements and personal objectives and identify areas for development & training

**To be successful you will have**:

- NVQ 3 - Motor trade
- Previous experience in similar role & proven track record
- Knowledge of Industry Standards
- Full UK driving licence
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent organisation and planning skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong team working & leadership skills
- Flexible can-do approach
