A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Business Development Manager to join an exciting IT services and consulting business.

**About the company**:
Specialists in offering a complete out-sourced IT solution to organisations across the UK. This includes; IT support, hardware, software, security, cloud

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for be managing the full sales cycle from lead generation up to the close of business into existing and new accounts
- New business development as well as cross/upselling into existing accounts.
- Discuss, advise and provide quotations to clients for project requirements.
- Maintaining working relationships with suppliers, negotiating costs as required.
- Maintaining margins to hit monthly and quarterly GP targets.
- Attending face to face client meetings when appropriate.

**Experience & Skills needed**:

- Experience within sales, ideally with IT.
- New business sales attitude, whilst being a relationship builder and consultative solution sales professional.
- An interest in technology.
- Confidence and persistence to exceed targets and goals.
- Excellent communication skills.
