A new opportunity has arisen to join our Front of House department, leading our Reception, Housekeeping and Facilities teams. This is an exciting time to join as we are now completing a major building project to transform Rhodes House, a grade 2* listedbuilding constructed in 1929, into a leading convening centre for the Rhodes Trust and its strategic partners.

**The role**

The purpose of the Facilities Manager role is to lead the Reception, Housekeeping and Facilities/FOH Teams, leading on the delivery of an efficient, consistent and excellent service across the Trust’s Estate. This role is key to ensuring that Rhodes Houseand its ancillary buildings are presented at their very best at all times, and to create a welcoming, clean and well-kept environment for all staff, Scholars, and visitors.

The role will be responsible for;
- Lead and motivate the Front of House and Housekeeping teams, instilling and maintaining professional standards, morale, and strong teamwork ethic.
- Assist in the development of Service Level Agreements for all Front of House services and measure and report performance against these routinely using a suite of Key Performance Indicators.
- Undertake recruitment, induction, training, welfare, and supervision of the Front of House and Housekeeping teams, providing impeccable leadership at all times.
- Staff, Scholars and guests will be encouraged to report issues and seek resolutions in real time, as such it is crucial that the post holder has proven problem-solving and communication skills.
- Responsible for delivering a friendly, professional and efficient customer service to all staff, Scholars, clients and guests of the Trust.**?**
