Do you have a background in Facilities; maintenance and are able to work independently and meet deadlines, whilst providing quality support to colleagues in a busy production environment? Are you interested in a role that can provide challenge and long term development opportunities? If so, this is the role for you.

As the supervisor of our Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for preventative and reactive maintenance throughout the site and be able to respond to emergency situations as well as scheduled planned tasks through the site, whilst also acting “Waste Broker”

**In this role, you will be required to**:

- Manage a small team of Associates who are focused on delivering excellent standards of maintenance and support throughout the site, with particular focus on our production areas
- Maintain a safe and hazard free environment, by disposing of waste through established procedures and channels
- Participate as a member of the site ‘Spill Team’
- Work with contractors and implement good practices within your area of responsibility

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- The ability to work under pressure to meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines
- Previous experience in managing, motivating and developing your team; we have a firm belief at Pall that our people are our greatest asset and believe in providing support and opportunities to help them to do so
- Demonstrate initiative in your daily work, identifying opportunities for improvement and good practice

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- Working in a manufacturing environment
- Participating in CI, lean and 5S activities

Note: this role will necessitate shift working and overtime as required to meet business needs

We offer a competitive hourly pay rate for this role, enhanced by shift allowance. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
