Deputy Voids Supervisor

Circa £22.500 to £24,335 per annum (£11.69 to £12.64 per hour)

The Deputy Void Supervisor will assist the Void Supervisor in delivering high-quality maintenance and building services, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in accordance with sector Key Performance Indicators; and will ensure that vacant properties meet the void standard when ready for letting. They will also supervise the team when the Void Supervisor is absent.
